Enrolment at our school is preceded by a conversation, which provides a great opportunity to get some insight into life at ESB and to get to know our teaching methods and educational values as well. During the meeting, feel free to ask any questions and share with us your child’s academic goals and needs.

Classes take place on weekdays, except during school holidays and national holidays. There are no lessons at ESB on work-day Saturdays.
* English courses start on 1st September, and high school courses start on 1st October.

The early bird discount can be applied if the tuition fee is paid at least seven days before the start date of the course.
General Terms and Conditions
Registration Fee:
Families newly joining ESB pay a one-time registration fee when enrolling their first child. The registration fee should be paid no later than when submitting the signed registration form.
Tuition Payment:
The annual tuition fee can be paid in one lump sum by September 1, 2025, at the latest, or in two instalments (per semester).
In case of semester payment, the fee must be settled before the start of the semester, at the latest on its first day.
Reservation Fee:
Parents of students already attending ESB can pay a reservation fee by May 31, 2025, which will be deducted from the September tuition. This secures the student’s place for the following school year.
Discount for Siblings:
For the third, fourth, or fifth sibling, a 10% tuition discount is provided based on the program with the lowest tuition fee.
Refund policy:
Semester tuition: Non-refundable after payment.
Annual tuition: If the parent gives written notice of withdrawal at least 30 days before the next semester, 50% of the tuition for that semester will be refunded.
Further Information
- Classes take place on weekdays, except during school holidays and national holidays. On Saturdays, there are no lessons at ESB.
- If a student is absent for any reason, tuition is non-refundable. Exceptions can be made for makeup classes if there is availability at the same level. Makeup lessons must be coordinated in advance with the director and teacher and completed within two weeks after the absence.
- In case of force majeure (e.g., pandemic), ESB switches to online teaching.
- Joining mid-semester is possible with proportional tuition payment.
- ESB supervises children only during lesson times. In case of late arrival, the child will wait for the parent at the lobby (Tárogató út, Apor Vilmos tér). The lobby staff does not take responsibility for the child.
- ESB is responsible for providing all teaching materials.
- The school reserves the right to modify the timetable and instructors.
- Fees for external language exams are not included in the tuition fee.
