The English School of Budapest is happy to launch its new Business course, conducted entirely in English by a teacher with 20 years’ experience teaching Business and Marketing at the university level, as well as 7 years’ experience teaching Business Management in the International Baccalaureate programme.
This course will help you come to grips with everyday business concerns, as well as promoting critical thinking, information evaluation and finance analysis skills.

Who Is the Course For?
Studying Business will, first of all, give high school students a practical platform to use their maths and analytical skills, combined with an understanding of the elements of Business.
This will also give students an edge if they apply to business schools and have to go through extra tests or interviews.
This class is also valuable for those students who, having got into a Business Studies or an International Business programme, want to prepare themselves to better understand those topics in English.
Our Approach
Because Business covers a wide variety of situations and topics, the class will use base knowledge with real-world examples.
Students will need to do research on Business topics and understand the basics of what Business is as a part of regular life.
Presentation and persuasion skills will be honed through project-based learning.
Course Details
- The class is held twice a week for 1 hour 45 minute in-person sessions.
- Class sizes are small groups, capped at 12 students. The fee for the course is 550,000 HUF per semester.
- The next semester begins on January 13, 2025 and concludes on June 4, 2025.
